Herons (3-4YOs)

Herons (3-4YOs)

Herons (3-4 Year-Olds) Play to Learn

Our Herons room prepares children for their next steps in learning through purposeful play and enriched experiences. We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, offering carefully planned activities across all seven areas of learning: Personal, Social and Emotional Development, Communication and Language, Physical Development, Mathematics, Literacy, Understanding the World, and Expressive Arts and Design.

Activities are tailored to each child’s stage of development, helping to build focus, deepen thinking, and encourage creativity. Our experienced staff provide plenty of opportunities for choice, self-expression, and collaboration — helping children grow in confidence and independence. Learning is playful, engaging, and regularly refreshed to maintain interest and excitement.

As children prepare for school, we support them in developing the social, emotional, and early academic skills they need to thrive in Reception and beyond.
