At The Nest, the safety and wellbeing of every child is our top priority. Our ethos is built on trust, care, and open communication — children are encouraged to speak freely with any adult in the setting if they ever feel worried or unsure.
Safeguarding underpins everything we do.
We are committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment for children, families, visitors, and staff. Rigorous health and safety procedures are in place and carefully followed every day. This includes daily checks of our Daycare spaces and regular fire drills to ensure everyone knows what to do in an emergency.
We’re proud to say that all our staff are:
- Trained in Paediatric First Aid
- Certified in Food Hygiene Level 3
- Qualified to Level 2 or above in Safeguarding
