Understanding Your Childcare Funding Options

We recommend that all families visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk to explore the funding support you may be entitled to.

Here’s a quick overview of what’s currently available:

• All families are entitled to 15 hours of funded childcare for 3 and 4-year-olds.
  Working families may be eligible for:
• An additional 15 hours for 3 and 4-year-olds (30 hours in total).
• 15 hours for 2-year-olds.
• 15 hours for children aged 9 months and above (from September 2025).
