Assessment and Reporting

At The Nest, assessing and reporting on each child’s progress between 12 months and 4 years old is a core part of our approach. We observe and track individual development closely to personalise learning and support. Families stay connected with daily updates through the Famly app, sharing milestones, activities, and key moments in real time. We also host regular parent-family teacher meetings to celebrate progress, discuss goals, and work together to ensure every child flourishes in their learning journey.

Supporting Every Child

At The Nest, we focus on early identification of special educational needs to provide the right support as soon as possible. We work closely with families and external specialists, guiding them through the process and helping access the services they need. When necessary, we support families in applying for Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) to ensure tailored support for every child’s unique journey.
